在数字电视维修时,比较常用的工具是场强仪。场强仪的测量线一般用同轴电缆RG6制作。由于同轴电缆RG6的铜芯较细,在实际使用中,经常会碰到铜芯弯曲的情况,特别是在测量新装的数字电视光接收机、放大器、分配器等新器件时,由于器件上的测试孔没有使用过,测量线插进去的时候比较紧,太用力时,同轴电缆测量线上的铜芯会弯曲,令维修人员比较苦恼。

The copper core will be bent on the cable measuring line, which makes the maintenance personnel more upset.
第一种解决办法,是使用一端带有转接针的同轴电缆线,如数字电视机顶盒的电视信号线,将另一端的接头改为RG6的接头,有铜芯的一端接场强仪,有转接针的一头用于测量。在实际使用中,测量线在新的时候没有问题,但使用一段时间后,发现测试有线电视信号时,有测得信号时高时低的问题。后发现转接针是压接在同轴电缆的铜芯上的,在测量中经常插拔后容易松动,导致接触不良。况且有转接针的RG6同轴线大都是英制接口,公制接口的线很少,而分配器等电视器件都是公制接口,损坏后很难找到带有公制接口转接针的线。

In the actual use, the measurement line is not a problem at the new time, but after a period of time, it is found that when testing the CATV signal, there is a problem of high and low time when the signal is measured. It was found that the transfer pin was pressed on the copper core of the coaxial cable. It often loosened easily after measuring and inserted, resulting in poor contact. Moreover, the RG6 coaxial line with the transfer needle is mostly British interface, the wire of the metric interface is very few, and the distributor and other TV devices are the metric interface. It is difficult to find the wire with the common interface connecting needle after the damage.
第二种解决方法是,场强仪的测量线用同轴电缆RG6制作完成后,给接头上的铜芯上锡,上锡时锡要上得均匀,表面光滑,不要上得太多,不能高低不平。上锡完成后,铜芯的硬度明显增加了,在插入新装的有线电视器件上的测试孔测量时,不再发生弯曲的情况。测量线使用时间长了,发现测量线铜芯上的锡磨损后,或者发现铜芯上的锡颜色发暗后,接触不良,只要再重新给铜芯上一次锡,就又能正常使用了。
